I enjoyed the three nights I spent here. Islandia is made up of mostly semi-permanent RV’s many with existing structures built up around them. There are many full timers here. That said the majority of people I met were very friendly and had interesting stories to tell. As others have said, Marta is extremely helpful. Dry campers will have the best luck finding a spot here as there are many spots without hook ups, some oceanfront with palapas. I did not use the park WiFi as I had an acceptable TelCel data signal. At 80$ MXN a night, (long term rates are better, I’m told) an incredible value. Negative stars for the condition of the restroom facilities which needed some TLC, however... the shower water was hot, but no shower heads. Lots of dogs here... I ❤️🇲🇽

Great place in Kino Bay town. The camp ground is safe, clean and next to the beach. Only complain is the wifi signal is spotty and bad

We loved the place. The staff was friendly and attentive. The price was good - 80 pesos per person with no hook up. Right on the beach, the location can't be beat. We made great friends while we were there. Will return!

Stayed one month. They have 30 amp full hookups but..keep reading: Had to come back to the states as my electricity was not functioning properly. When I got back I hooked up to 30amp and noticed the electricity is functioning perfectly. When I was there a neighbor checked the amperage it was 134. Running that high will damage your electronics.
