Hotel Okaan

Currently at hotel okaan. It is beautiful, the grounds are remote and we'll kept. No televisions in the rooms. Relaxation at its finest.

If you want to feel truly in the jungle this is it. Firefly's at night, no light pollution for as far as the eye can see, and at the top, you can see the temple, no TV, little reception, and only 2 places with wifi.

One stay is not enough, I need to go back to explore this place so beautiful and calm.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to Chichen Itza but I didn’t realize this place would be SO magical. Beautiful grounds! The Reception office is 1.5km from the paved road so arriving after sunset was a bit scary at first but they are behind gated security and have a great check-in system. Fyi, There are no tvs or phones in the rooms. It’s like being in a beautiful remote jungle. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.
