Hotel Chichen Itza

This awesome little place.. The food was amazing!!! The store had it all.. and the people. They just loved on you. Best store rest

This is a four-star, 3 star hotel. But if you want to be close to Chichen Itza this is the best you can do. Friendly service, delicious breakfast. Hard bed is my only complaint.

Good value for money in general. But there are 2 problems that I had: 1) WiFi works very poorly in the room and it’s really upsetting since WiFi is one the most important things you need when you travel 2) breakfast was included in my stay when I booked on booking.com but when I came, on reception they told me that I need to pay for the breakfast. Eventually I did pay... so now I’m trying to resolve this issue with booking.com and get my money back.

Great location, nice restaurant, comfy rooms, haven't notice any sound insulation issues
