Great service. Laundry arrived folded clean and smelled great

Not very professional. They routinely lock the security gate when they are open, so you have to make noise to get let in to pick up or drop off clothes. Then they sometimes have an attitude like you are intruding to give them money, for example, chewing food and glaring at me on my last and final visit.They also charge more than other neighborhood laundering services.

Pricier than others in the area. 24 hr. turnaround.

The couple that runs it is lovely and the prices are fair. We used their services twice while in Merida, everything was returned clean, lightly perfuned, pressed, and sealed in a bag for easy transport. I would reccomend this place to anyone.
