THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL I rented a suit for a wedding and they gave me the suit almost two hours late as agreed, I was late for the photo shoot. When they gave it to me, the shirt was not the same size that I had measured and they had to look for one and put the buttons there. Since I got home the suit was wrinkled and no button, I had to go to have it ironed and put the button. I demanded to speak with the manager and they told me that he was not there, just 2 minutes later I saw him go out of business. They told me to come back Monday (it was Friday) to talk to the manager and see if they could give me a refund, I went and the secretary told me that the manager was busy and did not want to accept my complaint not giving me the reason, finally the manager and told me that they could give me a discount for the next rent, but they didn't want to give me a physical guarantee of that discount, in other words that they were going to remember ... IN BRIEF SUMMARY PLACE, VERY INFORMAL AND ZERO RECOMMENDED
