Excellent service, good prices and clothes always ready the day they tell you

Few machines, self-service as such, I could not choose the detergent used or the softener, the prices in my opinion are not so affordable compared to other laundries that provide the service, the customer service is good although not the best.

I found a used mask on a spin machine. They "cleaned" it but it would be better to clean it after use to avoid these sieges. I didn't like that. Just because clothes urge me. But I doubt going back.

THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE "Friendly" but Terrible service and customer support! I brought my clothes to iron and on several occasions I had trouble getting it delivered well ironed, I always had to be supervising and there was still some detail. As if that were not enough, the drop was, that they tore a shirt leaving it unusable, at the beginning "they appeared to respond" leading to repair but, worse, the shirt left it unusable with its repair to which I claimed and agreed to "pay for damages" replenishing a proportional part for the value of the garment (as it was obviously used), both parties in accordance with the agreement, the surprise was that after several rounds and pretexts of the owners to not make the payment they decided to give less than a quarter Of value. VERY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT RESPOND TO THE DAMAGES CAUSED
