Great ambiance and amazing food. Good vegetarian and vegan options. The salad was out of the world.

Great little restaurant part of a hotel. It’s close enough to the centro while still quiet. Plenty of natural light and plants makes you feel really comfortable. We have dietary restrictions so traditional gorditas weren’t an option for us, and the menu worked out perfectly for us. It was fresh and very good. We were offered complimentary robalo tostadas that were delicious. We ordered the asparagus and shrimp soup, the baby spinach and Gorgonzola salad and the vegetarian tlayuda(Mexican like pizza) the soup and the salad were great. I didn’t care much about the tlayuda but i think it’s the concept I didn’t like, not the execution. We had the grilled robalo with the black risotto and it was absolutely delicious. No desserts for us. The espresso was top notch. Great service, we didn’t wait long and we even had the chance to chat a bit with the owner. Only down side a little pricy for Mexican standards but still it was a meal worth what we paid for. We will definitely come back.

We had been walking all day and didn't feel like stuffing our selves with the common gorditas. We wanted something light. The restaurant is located off of the street and was quiet and well shaded from the heat of the day.This was the best restaurant we could find that met our momentary needs. I had the ceviche and Yessi had the baja shrimp tacos. It was the perfect last meal for our visit to Bernal.
