I come to this place since they opened and the service has always been good, timely deliveries and the treatment by the manager is always very friendly

One week to deliver 2 dozen clothes for ironing, they made me go 3 times and according to the owner they had no staff to finish them on time, poor customer service

The service is incredible, very affordable prices, treated very friendly.

The ironing service was appalling. I wore 3 shirts and 1 dress pants, the four clothes ruined them, 2 of them were new. At the time of claiming the service, they mentioned being able to recover them in a good state, something that was not reached. We agreed to an agreement with the owner, but he did not comply despite accepting only the damage of ONE OF THE FOUR garments. He commented that the state in which the garments were taken (good condition, two even new) had caused the lousy result of ironing. Later he commented that it was "the brand" of the garments, they were 4 garments of 3 different brands and they were all ruined. Conclusion, nothing professional service and do not take care of the damages to the garments.

The service is good, only they should be more careful with the handling of clothes. I wore a new shirt and pants, the shirt was delivered to me very well and on time, but the pants damaged it. If they answered me for the incident, they reimbursed me completely for the cost of the pants as we agreed.
