I had a very bad experience! Costumer service sucks we drove 2 hours to get there and staff was very rude. I wouldn't recommend. There are better places (tequis has a lot of good places) IMO.

I do not recommend it at all, you are supposed to relax and have fun and not be angry, we reserved a room for 5 people, we gave half of the section, arriving there they wanted to charge us in addition to the room $ 60 per person because the reservation is one thing and the entrance is another, and they never told us that! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT A CARD OR TRANSFERS, they did not give us any option to fix the situation, we had to pay what was missing with our cash, leaving us without food during our stay since thinking that it was a hotel we did not carry much cash, the lady who received us super rude, they never gave us any alternative, they did not want us to pass the wifi, they told us they did not have and if it appeared with the name of the place, the rooms super X, everything was very old, we only stayed because we had already given half We spent it in the canyon, we only slept and in the morning we left early because we could not even have something to eat and besides all the person with whom we made the reservation never answered us again, I would suggest you better camp and leave prepared to spend a hard time in this place.

Excellent service, very friendly attention, good food and fantastic landscapes, in addition to affordable prices and the way to get there is worth the trip itself, it is a complete experience even more if you do it on a motorcycle. 😁

A very nice place, beautiful view, delicious water, it is good to arrive early to get a good place. The service is very good, they are very friendly, although sometimes the service is slow due to lack of staff.
