Basic hotel but not in centro. So need to go 5 km for good restaurants . Room wise clean and comfortable for night stays

There is no service you mention, there is no parking, there is no cable TV, no free Wi-Fi, no hot water, the only thing that can be rescued is the receptionists who do what they can with nothing that there is not going to sue with the consumer prophecy for cheating the people like that

We spent with my grandmother (imagine an older adult without TV, super impatient!) 4 days without TV service

Without seriousness, on April 15 we made a section, we had to cancel the reservation that same day, only half returned, the rest say they deposit us and nothing. But if we visit the Capital of S.L.P. beautiful city. Not everything is bad.

This is the worst hotel where I have stayed, the doors are super fragile, hard beds and ugly pillows, it is not to discredit but since then I have avoided this place and I advise my acquaintances to avoid it
