To speak of such an emblematic place halfway between the capital of Potosí and Rioverde is to personally evoke the kind treatment of its collaborators, waitresses and kitchen staff. The dishes that I have tasted so far have been satisfactory in terms of portion and adequate in terms of preparation. I think their menu is complete. And in terms of prices, they are mostly adequate, saved some that seem high to me. My personal recommendations would be like 1, the miners tacos. 2, the Potosine enchiladas and 3 the filé migñon. Something that those who like coffee, the one served there with milk seems to me with a unique touch. As for the setting, it seems designed for night time. But it does comply with being cozy during the day. For all the above and for those who can have time to rest and taste a good meal, this place represents a must for travelers who pass this route.
