Shouting "The King is my Rooster and it is my opinion that the City of Guadalajara should be founded on this site." Doña Beatriz Hernandez was imposed on the council that tried to found Guadalajara on three occasions without success. It is said that thanks to his feat, Cristóbal de Oñate reaffirmed his decision to found the city in that place. It belongs to the sculptural group of a representative plaque next to it, in Plaza Fundadores. However, due to his impetus and strength in raising his voice, he earned a space of his own. The sculpture was made by the Tapatio Ignacio Garibay Anaya in 1987, commissioned by the City Council at that time, which was chaired by Eugenio Ruíz Orozco.
