Best place for gorditas in town - and famous all the way to Monterrey. My wife is a fan for years and every time we come to Saltillo we have some gorditas here and her friends travel from Monterrey for the gorditas from this humble family restaurant. Ambience is very basic, serving food on simple styrofoam plates. the restaurant has a second level seating at least 10 parties (extending to a neighbouring house) Service is friendly and extremely. A short menu. Only gorditas and drinks. I liked the egg with machaca (cured beef) and the potato version best. Last time I came it were the pork versions that really excited me.

The gorditas are delicious, only this time if they were more fried than passed through oil.
