Their prices are high in relation to other companies in the field. They do not have the garments delivered the next day, as it happens with other dry cleaners; their offer has been the same for years (10% discount on immediate payment). They can search Google Maps for other options, cheaper, better deal and with delivery the next day. On one occasion, I requested the change of closure to a pair of pants, due to damage, and they gave it to me the same and apart, without doing a proper wash.
