All of our t-shirts shrunk as they put the dryer on full blast, ignoring all care instructions. Brutal. The worst (and most expensive) laundry service we had in two months travelling Mexico.

They spoiled a shirt with a chlorine stain, they leave my clothes smelling bad like damp, the girls who serve you are badly faced and in a bad mood, it is also very expensive $ 90 pesos 3 kg. I recommend you wash somewhere else before arriving at Holbox. It takes more than 24 hours to deliver the clothes to you.
