I had to wash a quilt and they returned it to me the same as how I took it, they did not wash it

Zero recommended, I took a green cap to wash and when I picked it up it had white spots all over it also completely lost its shape, I told them that it was dry clean and they washed it normal. Don't wear your caps.

Bad customer service when there is any disagreement, I behaved in the best possible way when they lost a garment and they very rude or resolved me ... I do not recommend them at all.
