The Ruff Neighborhoods are Located around the Edges of Puebla, Mexico. You can tell the difference for sure. Just Mind your Neck, and go on your abouts, you’ll be fine. I Definitely Recommend the City of Puebla. You’ll like it.

Puebla, Puebla is a wonderful historic city full of colonial art and architecture.

Puebla is very nice city with a lot of a attractive places. Downtown for example you can spend a lot of time there to see chatherals or the old library or join a bus trip to see many attractive Sports. Popular streets are the candy street or Streets where you can coffee shops or the market. I gave it just for stars because the roads look quite bad

One of my favorites city in Mexico. Amazing local gastronomy! The city have two volcanos. Both have snow at the top the whole year. Sometimes you feel small earthquakes because the volcanos, but nothing to serious (until now...). Make sure that you always tell the local people where you come from, because they hate americans. So, they treat you better.
