Nice new hotel very well located. Good restaurant inside the hotel and good options around. Rooms are nicely decorated with a very confortable bed. Internet is free with very good speed. There is a shopping center around with a good variety of stores. Service of the hotel staff was excellent and you feel always safe. Has a pool and a small gym.

The place is very nice, room were kind of small nice restroom good size , me and my wife we're going out and had a guested with us. this was about 10 p.m. we're going out to eat in the local restaurant. When the front security asked me what room number was I in. He told me that only two people were allowed in the room. Then he started following us to the elevator like we where some kind of convicts. He stays with us till we get to the lobby and he leaves his post unattended makes sure that we get to the front reception. When the front reception tell me she will have to charge me 500 pesos per person. which I was OK with if there were going to stay with me. they were only guested. they made my guest wait in the front lobby. I've been in so many hotels I never had this issue , I find this really disrespectful towards my guest.

With the kind of hotel and location that it is at, I had high expectations but was very let down. The room service food was atrocious. The meat was burned and the side were not better. We did not get hot water running in the shower unless we ran it for several minutes which is not very convenient. Finally, there was a used baby diaper under the bed of our room. A single isolated event would not have been enough to warrant a bad review but the collection of them speak mountains of the level of service and quality that the staff is committed to. I would suggest crossing the street and spending your time at either of the competition's offerings.

Poor customer service, understaffed and inexperienced personnel. Made reservation well in advance and at the time of arrival to the hotel I had to wait at the lobby to check in until 5:40 pm when it was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. Receptionist could not explain why they didn’t have rooms ready and we had to wait with other guests that also had a reservation to give us a room. Also, be ready to wait more than 15-20 minutes each time you use the elevator. Finally, there was lack of hot water on the shower. A lot of guests were complaining at the lobby. Don't let you fool with the great location and beautiful images since is not worth the disappointment. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.
