One of the best typical dishes of the region they serve is this place, traveling to the Huasteca and not going to taste a dish in this place is like not having visited Huejutla, the days of plaza in Tehuetlan is placed in the square and offer the service, it is advisable to go very early to choose one of the different dishes, during the week they also offer guided tours in the town square.
