At the beginning the service was very good, but now they charge everything as an extra. They only send a small bottle of soybeans and if you want more they charge you, the super grumpy delivery man and apparently they don't include the chopsticks anymore because they didn't give them to me either. The same if you ask for a tray and you want to change one roll for another (even if it is another of the same type) they charge you extra. Very bad.
