I have visited it on 2 occasions and I love it. It makes me love pulque more by knowing its production process. And the tasting is unbeatable. The best I've ever had.

Very close to the magical town of Tlaxco is this beautiful Hacienda, current producer of pulque. During the tour you can see the elaboration of this drink, in addition to a tasting and delicious typical food made with the maguey plant.

A good place to buy pulque. They have tours with tasting water honey and tlacoyitos, very tasty indeed. You can also buy agave honey.

Incredible place, like a movie, the part planted is very large, the pulque they produce is very good.
