Excellent service. You can buy pork meat carnitas, per unit weight or in tacos. Its canvas with prices clearly indicates the price for one, a half or a quarter of a kilo. The place has tables to eat on site, although most clients prefer to eat at home. Personally I prefer to eat assorted meat, but my wife likes mainly lean meat (called solid), so we ask that they include the types of meat that we all like. Some examples are: Solid lean, rib, chamorro, cueritos, buche, tripe (I do not recommend it in this place), liver, etc. The most common complements they use are: flag sauce with chile de arbol, slightly hotter red sauce and pickled jalapeño peppers. The corn tortillas they use at this branch are made by hand early, but later they only use tortilla. They don't sell beer, so the atmosphere is familiar. Oh, and they are closed on Thursdays (at the time of writing a review).
