Coppel - "Hidalgo"

We live in the US and have been ordering thing online for our family down in Mexico. We haven’t had any problem what so ever with Elektra but with Coppel .. our first Oder made and it has been a month now and my grandmother has not received her order yet. We have been calling the store every day and sent emails and no response at all! Only 2 times were answered and they put my father on hold for more than an hour and never answered after that. Till today we have not hear back from them and the order was supposed to be dropped off a while ago! Very disappointed! Never buying anything from here again!

Coppel Is a pretty good department store but if anything their staff are courteous and nice. I definitely recommend it if you are in Mexico.

There is a lack of merchandise in the warehouse, because personally I would not take anything from the counter and everything was handled and less in a pandemic. The store staff is always lazy, minimal attraction and service. The only redeemable thing is the bank, but only the counter personnel should separate it from the store. Those from afore are very rude and vulgar.
