Good clean friendly
No real hospitality or customer service. We paid for extra amenities, such as a fridge and microwave. All our cold foods spoiled and there was no apology given or gesture made to rectify the issue. The air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the suite we were in. We left a day early, and they made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't refund for the remaining night. 80 pesos for a ripped towel that had already begun ripping. DO NOT STAY HERE.
