Nice cabana, sandy floor, hammocks available all around the place. Be aware on Mondays they do not serve breakfast, and if you are staying close to the breakfast area you will be woken up by music and people talking, given the fact the cabanas are all open

Better room at lower price at better location in town. You're kinda stuck out there. No bar on site. and nothing to do but lie in the hammocks. However the hammocks are usually occupied by the staff drinking beers so... Recommend getting a better room in the middle of town with staff that care. Lots of other small things like we were promised breakfast when we booked the day before and then next day there was no breakfast because apparently Mondays are no breakfast days. They could have told that when we checked in Sunday afternoon for only one night and we specially asked if there was breakfast. Staff couldn't care less what we were and were not promised 3 stars because room (house) was actually very nice and atmospheric with kitchen and fridge (although no ac)

Hostel Ida y Vuelta 🌺 was a wonderful place with warm and helpful people working. Jario at the front desk is a great person to ask about the island and what there is to see and do. He is kind, clear, and informative. The kitchen staff were awesome too (shout out to Doreen and Juan 🧚🏻‍♀️🧚‍♂️) with welcoming vibes, good humor, and yummy food. Let’s not forget to mention their jam ❤️😂 highly recommended. We felt safe, comfortable, and welcome. The room/cabin (king bed, mosquito net, fan, and en suit washroom) was really comfortable and kept clean and swept by staff daily. We slept comfortably. The common kitchen has a fridge so you can put food/drinks and they will be safe. in the evenings we came back to change, chill out with cheep store bought drinks in the hammocks before going out for the evening. We had an amazing time here and will be back ASAP. There was also a taco vender down the street for late night bite. The island is a beauty, and the beach is close by (about a 2 min walk) 🌊 Love Natasha and Pete 😘

This is a great place to stay in Holbox. Near the beach and peaceful.
