I've known this place since I was in high school and the truth has always been very good. Personally today (and very personal) The green and red sauce were well seasoned but it had almost no salt, they put a salt shaker but the salt shaker where I chose to sit did not come out due to the humidity, they can use smaller shakers and put a little rice inside them so that it absorbs the moisture. The flank steak and sirloin were good, the chistorra was excellent! The flour and corn tortillas are very good. The charro beans are very good !! 👍 Only as a last recommendation would be that the sauces that are used will be peppered very well so that it is no longer necessary to put a salt shaker on the table, since if the client wants more salt in their meat or taco the sauce will be the one that enhances this flavor with the right salt and with a good flavor.
