We were short changed by our waitress who charged us for some food that we later learned was included in our admission package. When we ordered the food, our waitress quoted us $4.00 but when we paid for the food, she said the price was $6.00. We gave her $20 and she took quite a while at her station and she counted the change. She then gave us back seven one dollar bill (conveniently stacked to make it appear as if it was a large amount of money) and instead of the $14.00 we were owned. We called her on it and she then gave us the proper charge. She had the audacity to laugh at us when she got back to her station, and told her co-workers about it. Not cool at all. The other staff was super friendly, helpful, and great. It’s too bad this waitress put a black mark on what could have been a wonderful day.

Beautiful location, good price and friendly staff, but I have some ethical issues with how they maintain their portion of the reef. I saw one of the photographers feeding crackers the fish, so that later when we took a snorkeling tour the fish were trained to swarm around the group and he got better shots. I told the guide but he totally denied it. It is illegal to feed the fish in a national park, but clearly this is part of their business plan! That was disappointing.

Excellent fresh margaritas!! Delicious tacos. A variety of seating options for individuals or groups. Snorkeling lessons for a small fee. Only drawback was parents not taking care of their kids. Wish there was someway to have a family section to encourage kids to not run in and out of everyone. Tequila museum was interesting
