The barbecue is of a very special flavor, it really is a meat from which you can feel the perfect cooking, and I have seen that it is prepared in a hole that is very visible to diners. I comment on the latter because I know about businesses that make barbecue in pots, and the traditional thing is the hole. Anyway, if barbecue is your thing, the taste in this place you can love.
