Disgusting service! I had to call 3 times and in the last one the operator hung up on me! 45 minutes were delayed! And what I called 1:30 before !!! And along the way the taxi driver was seeing a catalog while driving! A real disgust! I do not recommend at all

Bad experience, they didn't arrive on time. After 15 minutes call again to ask what time the Taxi will come. Miss told me they can't "cover" my trip now. (But wasting your time, is that ...?) I told him I'm in a hurry and for this reason I can't wait until they send me a taxi. (How will I wait without knowing what time?) The lady hung up without saying goodbye. That they cannot fulfill their service is one thing, that they have no manners is worse. I never call Radio Taxi Diamond again.
