Within my search for restaurants that make Paella, I found this one in Puebla, with a very, very pleasant surprise, since the dish was delicious, in a portion that could hardly be completed by a normal person. Of course, I also requested the ham croquettes, equally exquisite. A Spanish wine to my liking, accompanied this feast. Good attention, with tables closed due to the pandemic. Widely recommended. I, 100% sure that I will return.
