I don't know if the process is delayed or if they take their time to do it

It has ample facilities but they do not attend afterwards or rather there is no one who attends in foreign relations services, nobody else can give information other than the person in charge and I was waiting more than 3 hours and he will never arrive. What is the use of making the appointment if they are not going to attend 🤦🤷
