Called to ask for a cab, they asked me for directions over the phone, told them I wasn't from here and they ended the conversation saying "there are no taxis available in your area" sooo lame. Isn't that why you request a cab in the first place? Cos there's none in the area??

Bad attention. Call to request a service and the person who answered did not give me time to say good night just start a series of rudeness. As an entrepreneur and tourist, I do not give credit to the attitude towards the possible client. Sitio Reforma answered me quickly and with a very good attitude.
