Best view and location. Very safe (night guard). Toilet and shower not the best but clean and maintained well. You can stay in tent for 5$/day (cabana 15$) and stay many months as very shanti , people bring gas and cook their food if needed. Overall happy. Come here for 5 winters and no problem or stealing..

the owners are very rude. no smile. ask each time I pass the reception "who am I, what do I do" even if i m here since 5 days. 350 pesos for The cabanas... Expensive for the service but Perfect place.

The lady who is cleaning the shower and the place was so rude and cold. Will never stay at this place again !!!

This place has a decent space for camping in front of the Zipolite beach... Close by there are 3-4 restaurants for breakfast and lunch... The toilets are shared. Maintenance and service is decent...
