Horrible service! The only reason this place is still open is because they offer payment plans. We found an item we wanted to buy without payments, not an employee in sight to help. We ask an employee a question, instead of just saying no, has to swipe his finger back and forth no, like we were children. Time to pay, the lines, and who knows what line and where it ends, where to stand, my husband finally had enough, threw the ticket down and said Coppel doesn't need our money. I will never ever spend a peso there.

Very bad service, they wanted to sell me a product in bad condition. They only told me that it was the last one and it was on display when I had finished paying for it ...: / I canceled it ..... I didn't know what condition the product was in until I checked it well, and very dirty, stained and scratched ... That bothered me: / ... and how the person who attended me got. I recommend that before buying they ask if they have more or is it the only one left and always check it.

The place is a mess to be able to park because users do not have road culture. Logistics are needed to make it better. Inside the store, your products are well organized. Only that the staff who serve people take time to solve doubts or give prices of the products.
