Since it was the closest laundry to my accommodation, it made sense to try them, but three times I have come and when they enter, they don't even give you "good morning", they don't give you the right change (someone always keeps a pesito or two for themselves), I They burned a shirt and to top it off they tell you that they are going to deliver your clothes one day at that time and then it is not ready. I mean, a total disaster, giving them a star in itself is a fat compliment in my opinion. Absolute rubbish, this rabble. They don't even greet you when you enter, they don't give you the correct change (someone always pockets a coin for themselves), they burnt a rather expensive shirt I'd bought and the final straw (I gave them three chances ) was them saying my washing would be ready after three (!) days and then when I went to collect it at the appointed time, it wasn't. So zero stars, one star in itself is entirely too generous.
