Not recommended: We made our booking for the family room. The hotel staff reached back after a few days and said our room was no longer available and we were forced to be cramped in a small room for 3. With the size of the room, it honestly should only be a room for two. Besides that: 1) Overpriced rooms; 2) Very small rooms with high price because of jacuzzi; 3) Dirty grassy water came out when using jacuzzi function thus not even able to use it; 4) Upon arrival, there were no hot water available in the bathroom for a few hours; 5) Despite having ventilation vents, bathroom remains smelly because no windows; 6) There was a power trip on our second night stay with no apologies given. Luckily the electricity was back by the time we return from our dinner; 7) No proper parking area; 8) Polite although confusing receptionist. Was informed for the snorkelling trip that he will bring us to the jetty. On the day of the trip, found out that ‘bring’ means to drive our own car and that he will lead us the way using his bike; 9) Area of the hotel was not kept clean. There’s a rubbish dump opposite of the welcome gate; 10) The balcony area was not swept and was very sandy. 11) No choices for breakfast. Nasi Lemak was served everyday and was told by the staff that other option will only be offered to guests if guests are staying for a number of nights; 12) The staff failed to inform us that room will be only made up if we leave the key at the receptionist; 13) Pictures of boats in booking.com/ other websites are false advertising. The boat we were on during the snorkelling trip are the normal boats offered by any other agencies.

I would not recommend this place. Rm300+ for 1 night and got small room , they said can be fix with 6 person but we got room only for four person plus dirty and the toilet is very stinks , and the tv is big but never has channel and connection can't be reach.. i'm not statifying with the service and the price not suitable ..

Very small place, Tiny bathroom, just 2 n half foots wide. No suitable for big family No activity Just for single n couple stay only

Expensive super small room with full dirty carpet. At night 2 flying cockroaches flied onto my bed and stuck in my hair! Parking was limited with no proper lighting. Not recommended.
