Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Terengganu

Very nice hotel. Nice staff, polite and very considerate. The room was so comfortable. The bathroom also clean. The food was delicious. Guys please check in here! u won't regret.

Parking so limited. Just around the hotel. Service by the towel boy was so bad attitude when i ask the towel to be sent earlier. Towel only provide at 6 pm. So you need to argue with the hotel housekeeping. Their deluxe family room not recommended for the bed. Only 2 bed were proper the other 2 like hospital bed. See the picture below.

Overall a pleasant stay. Excited that the new kids pool is back. Wish had the opportunity to stay longer. Local breakfast like nasi dagang was excellent.

Nice hotel. Staff is helpful. Pool is the best with playground kids pool and large adult pool. For non-Muslim must wear proper attire for the pool as required by hotel. Breakfast is quite decent. They serve Terengganu traditional dishes and also other varieties. We stayed at Duluxe Pool view room where the price is slightly higher. We will surely visit here again for the pool.
