i love it!!! It was seriously very comfortable there plus the air conditioner and also the vet was so kind and she answered every questions that I asked...even tho I had to wait for quiet some time for my turn but I don't mind it anyway and I totally did not regret going there!! 💯💯💯💯

good service but rather pricey

The person who pick up my calls is very very rude. I was talking on the phone and she cut me off. Like wow?? Did i really pay hundreds ringgit to have this kind of service? You should be professional. I don’t ask for your money, i ask for guidance to book an appointment. I don’t mind spending money on my cats tbh but with this service? I better go a little bit far to have nice environment for me and my cats.

2 times visit and both were not a good experience. The vet was too hygienic maybe, he didn't want to touch the kitten we brought since it doesn't look good and gave diagnosis from a glance. What do you expect from a stray? We found the kitten in truly bad condition with dried pus building up on his eye etc. The kitten didn't make it through. Maybe you can visit here for normal sickness etc, but I will not recommend going here if your pet is in truly bad condition.

the staff and Drs are all friendly. The que wont take you long if you go early morning. The price is significant to the klinik status and the treatement
