Incredibly bad communication. This is the fourth time that my bicycle less than a year old has been at this bicycle repair shop. My bike is there every time for longer than 2 weeks without communication from their side. When I call myself, they are curt and tell me that things have happened that turn out not to have happened on a later check. At the moment my bike is there for 2 weeks. I called to ask how long it will take and am told the parts have been ordered. Upon inquiry at Fietsenwinkel.nl (where the parts would have been ordered) it appears that the parts have not been ordered. Now, a week after this incident, it appears that this bicycle repairer has to report exactly what is wrong. This is in no hurry, according to the bicycle repairer's husband.

Very nice and friendly people who also have good prices. Always like to come there and despite there is a bicycle repair shop in the street, choose to come here because of the great service. Top men!

Staff must follow a training in customer-friendliness! Overpriced unnecessary repairs were not handled seriously, which is a shame.
