Received bike back with a wrong tube size, broken lock cover and with a bill that equals that of a complete maintenance round. This shop is more for the everyday city bike than for anything sports related. If you decide to take your sport bike of any kind to this shop you will either need to know exactly what is supposed to be on your bike or go to a specialized repair shop.

Bits and not service-oriented When I asked about a particular brand of bicycle lock and the comment that Harleman is mentioned on the internet as a dealer of this brand, I was told that this did not mean that they had everything in stock. Quite strange reaction, no proposal, to order something, or any other form of thinking along. I certainly don't buy here anymore.
