Now been here 2x. 1x for a flat tire. That inner tube had to be replaced and that's OK. However, after the tire was repaired, the wheel was not straight, so there was little space and the tire ran slightly against the mudguard. They also forgot to calibrate the bike, so I had to pedal very hard and because of this the throttle did not work on the electric bike. Turns out I could do that myself, but I wouldn't know how. I was then kindly and neatly helped. 2nd time I had to replace the brake pads on the front of the bike, because my regular bicycle repair shop was already full until the beginning of July. They are also a lot more expensive than at my regular bicycle repair shop. But then they have to make the brake pads ready for braking, not that after 3 or 4 days I got even more troubled by the squeaky brakes. Incidentally, I was not helped super friendly. Sometimes I said or said something and received little to no response. Today (7-7-2020) at my regular bicycle repair shop, for a 3rd maintenance, not bothered by anything. Brake pads are doing fine again, but the old ones already had to be replaced. And, I didn't even have to pay for it. In short, for emergency situations such as sticking a tire it is OK, but for repairs I go to my regular bicycle repair shop.

Chanced by and took a look. Got super info nice man and honest, would recommend everyone to buy a bike here.
