Have visited Wassink twice in the past 3 months to choose tiles for our garden. Both times we were helped by a young boy. The first time he did not understand what we meant by modern step tiles. Not even with some extra explanation. While I feel that you now see that in many gardens. Then do not think along with the customer or offer other options. The second time we visited it was 2:45 PM and they were closing at 3:00 PM. The boy asked if he could help us, because they were about to close. We were not aware of this, so we quickly asked him for advice. We asked whether certain tiles were available / can be ordered. He only needed the computer for that and it was already 2:50 pm and the computer was already off. Not really customer friendly. In my opinion, the customer comes first, if necessary, you can stay 15 minutes longer if you can still sell something and make your customer happy. Why else do you go there 15 minutes before time to ask if you can help them? Tiles now ordered from other companies. I am writing this feedback so extensively, in the hope that it will help you!

We wanted to select tiles for the back wall in the kitchen. Received by a trainee, neat and the person who would help us out came later. Immediately without imagining and asking for the kitchen, we were sent to a tile. Too quickly in our opinion and we had the idea that the seller did not feel like selling a few tiles. Unfortunately there was an intern who was shown a bad example in this way. Just looking around does not work, so an advisory role and thinking along does yield something! And maybe it was that we 2 gentlemen were also a different approach. The seller gave that feeling. So not serious. And tip. Make sure that the lighting in the case above the tiles is on when opening the door! We went to another tile vendor where we had good help. And therefore also succeed.

What a bad service !! Never been treated so badly as a customer. I had ordered stones, then they forgot to place the order with the manufacturer. The stones are then no longer available and if I then want to talk to the manager how to solve this, he is not approachable. Asked the manager's name but I didn't get it. Very antisocial to deal with your customer. 1 star is still too much!
