On 25-07-2017 my non-life insurance ended with my previous insurer and they were reported to Roy Data for 3 years without damage. On 14-07-2018 my damage insurance at Netpolis started, the 3 damage-free years were not included. I have asked several times if Netpolis wants to correct this (with retroactive effect) to which the same answer follows: "Unfortunately, we cannot do anything for you in this. We are sorry to report you better. We trust to have informed you correctly. " Normally, the claim-free years are always checked with Roy Data, who was specially created for this. Unfortunately, NetPolis did not do this and made me pay too much premium for over 2 years.

Serious cancellation only by letter ?! Netpolis lives in the past, poor communication.

No comments so far. Car insurance arranged quickly and everything immediately on mail. Communication unfortunately only email but sent after Sunday mail, Monday immediately reply. And settled.

Stay far away from Netpolis because that is a really bad company with a very bad website. Nice and cheap you think but woe oh woe if there is anything wrong. After countless emails for almost a month, the simple transfer of an insurance policy has not yet been arranged and you have to ask and say the same thing over and over again. You will not get a decent answer to your questions and no help unless you scream murder and fire. And then you have to wait a long time before something happens. What goes very quickly are the debits from your account that also go wrong. Repayment of overpaid premiums always takes much longer. Better pay a little more and find a real intermediary. What frustration, really worthless. I hope it will save you.
