What a horribly rude man the old crow. Brought my shoes on Friday morning, pick up could be Wednesday afternoon. After a phone call that became Tuesday. I came on Tuesday and handed over the card that said Wednesday. Bits was asked that it was last week that they were ready or tomorrow. I answered tomorrow ...... she threw me the ticket on the counter shook her head wildly no and without saying anything she let me stand. When I explained that it was an appointment by phone Tuesday, she went to consult with her husband. Threw the shoes on the counter and bit me ... 15 euros. That such a case can still exist with that customer unfriendly behavior. Never again to shoemaker van Ossel Emmen !!!
