Momma Dunia

Momma Dunia is the imitation African National Park in the Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen. According to the internet, there is also a real Mama Dunia somewhere in Tanzania. The park also has somewhat a south-African feel to it. The whole thing is actually quite well done, with a raft of African animals and a well built savanah style area (called Serenga, which means "read" in Swahili, but is perhaps intended to be related to Serengeti). There is also clever use of old train wagons as separation between animals and allowing the public to see the camels, ostriches and donkeys up close. Overall a cool place to visit!
