Worth a stop during your bike tour in the Drenth country side. Nice reconstruction. Detailed info signs in Dutch, little but worthwhile info in English and German. Lots of support from the local community and families related to those who hid out in the forest to establish this memorial and reconstruction. Sad story for the one who helped the Jewish families, he was killed by the Germans in 1944, like one of the other helpers. They never talked when tortured, so those in the underground hole lived.
