The LEGO® Store Utrecht

Stepped on a lego character (see image below). He got up from the floor and started chasing me. Hurt my feet but the sculptures were nice.

It was interesting to visit during the Pandemic, with all personnel dressed with gloves and masks. Upon entering you have to disinfect your hands. And at the PAB wall, you tell an employee what you want, and they get it for you, as you are not allowed to do it yourself. Everyone was very nice, and as usual, I could not leave without buying a big box of LEGO. I'm glad I was on my bicycle, or I might have bought more or bigger. Now I was limited by what could fit into my bag.

Best customer experience I've ever had in a shop!

A bit too busy, as it was the first days of the store being opened. Dutch staff is still being trained by English staff. Good atmosphere, just like similar size stores in London. Some stuff was already sold out in a couple of days. Very happy to have a store this close to home.
