Last February I bought a Gazelle Ultimate, a fantastic bike. Maarrrr .... From the very beginning there was trouble with it (battery / battery cover). I kept going back to Groeneveld Bicycles. They have made every effort to find a solution. Very cool compliments. It is a pity that the problem could not be solved in the end, but that was not due to Groeneveld Fietsen. I am very satisfied with the service, friendliness and willingness to keep looking for a solution. I recommend Groeneveld Bicycles to everyone.

Unfortunately, the Koga Pace B10 XL that was for sale at Groeneveld Fietsen had just passed me by. So in the end after searching city and country I managed to find 1 copy somewhere else. During a multi-day trip with a load on my new Koga, I was unpleasantly surprised by a bolt that came loose at the luggage carrier. After a temporary repair elsewhere in the country, Koga then sent a new bolt to Groeneveld Fietsen near me. Although I have unfortunately not been able to buy my bicycle from them, they have just placed the new Koga bolt on my bicycle for free. I find that very customer-friendly and commendable. If they do that for someone who was not a customer with them, I am sure that the service for the customers who did buy their bicycle at Groeneveld must be very good. Chapeau !!!
