I'm outstandingly shocked at how insanely bad this company is with dealing claims - I'm waiting now since 5 months for my money. A car insured with their company drove against my car and it was 100% his fault and I have proof of that! However, they say that I'm 50% at fault WITHOUT even investigating the witness! I call them twice every week to just get some overview and nothing has happened yet even though 5 MONTHS have passed. Instead, they break my right to privacy by sending my private information to strangers, trying to keep the money from students (me) and never inform me about anything. The only way I got information is when I spend a great amount of my private time. Not once I got a call from them, even though I asked a dozen times for that. I've tried being patient and working with this bad service, but nothing has come from them since those 5 months! I will search for legal aid because this is UNACCEPTABLE!

After the damage has been acknowledged, I have been waiting for payment of the damage amount for 2 months, you are always sent from pillar to post. This is the very worsteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee insurance claim company in the world.

Nice insurer, damage report already drawn up 2 months ago, remains jealously silent, called a few times but also does not help. Today we receive a message that they are going to cancel insurance as of January 1. 2021 ;-) As a result of the portfolio's claims, blah blah blah ... Just say we don't earn enough, nothing as unreliable as insurers and banks.

Very very bad insurance company. They are counterparties in a personal injury file. Respond very late (after months) or not. Paying badly and late (have been busy for 5 years, only make commitments about (legitimate) payment requests from my legal assistance after at least a year and even then only after repeated (at least 3 to 5) reminders. Even then their own commitments do not meet. not after their "sincere apologies for the slow processing," or worthless banter. Just as easily return to their own medical advice and proposed medical experts after 1.5 years. Just delay, postpone etc. Really outrageous !!
