Made an appointment to try out a bike, a week and a half in advance. When i got to the shop, i was told that the person whom i spoke on the phone had forgotten to 'reserve' the bike for me and that it now was reserved for someone who made his appointment after me and who would come the next day. Basically, they admitted that i was first and had expressed to want to buy the bike first, but decided that the other guy had the first say. It seems that not all customers are treated equally. Half an hour before i came to the store i phoned to inform them i was 15 minutes late. It would have been nice had they told me that on the phone, that would have saved me a journey of half an hour and a lot of frustration.

One of the best customer service experience I had. On several occasions. Very kind and professional team. They will always give you an advice tailored to your needs. Definitely recommended!

I took my 5-year-old and barely-used race bike at Van Herwerden for tune-up and was told the bike needed spare parts for a total cost of 1,200 euro!!! They refused to only replace some parts and said "all or nothing." They then offered to sell me a new one!! I then took it another shop that was unfortunately fully booked, but said it certainly did not need so much replacemenrts. Eventyually I took it to a professional race bike mechanic who did the job for 250 and said the bike is as good as new.

Mixed feelings every time I go to this place. It's expensive, some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, some are not. I only go there when I don't have other options.

Had a great chat with the employees, all very kind and competent. I was here for info on the bikes, I will surely come back to buy it from them. Edit: Came back to buy the bike and had a wonderful experience, definitely better than ordering a bike online. The staff is helpful and kind.
